Every report is prepared from your cellar, reviewed by VaultSomm before release, and delivered as a PDF within 7 days of purchase. Estate, gift, charitable and fair value reports carry $0.15 per bottle over 1,000; the 25% discount applies to the base price, not the supplement. The insurance schedule is one flat price.

Before you buy
Do I need a subscription to buy a report?
No. Any account can buy a report, including a free one. You pay once; we prepare the report, review every value, and release the PDF within 7 days. It is yours to keep. Subscribers pay less: Connoisseur members get 25% off every report.
Will an insurer accept it?
The schedule lists every bottle with its replacement value, the date, and how the value was found. That is what scheduled-property underwriters usually ask for. Your carrier makes the final call, so check with your broker first.
Will my attorney accept it?
Estate, gift, and charitable reports value every bottle as of the date you choose and explain the method. For charitable gifts above $5,000, the IRS also requires a qualified appraisal.
What if my cellar is at a storage facility?
Send us the facility’s inventory export. We import it with case and bin locations, so your cellar in VaultSomm matches the racks.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Reports you bought are yours to keep.
